Shri Guruji Rugnalaya, started with the dream of social movement in health care, has made an independent mark in the medical field not only in Nashik but in the entire Maharashtra in the last few years. The hospital is working with the aim of providing excellent medical services at reasonable rates and keeping the common man at the center of its services. After the establishment of Shri Guruji Runalaya, qualified doctors, trained nurses and ward boys were easily available, but it was difficult to get medical technicians. Also in today’s age it has become difficult for the young generation to get employment only with traditional education. By doing short-term courses like paramedical, the same youth can create good opportunities for self-employment by taking vocational education and self-employment.

Hence the hospital stepped into the field of paramedical education by starting the first and only BSS Community College in Nashik. Due to increasing demand medical services, the need of skilled manpower is continuously increasing. Hence it is necessary to increase the paramedical manpower. For this, Shri Guruji Runalaya has prepared four courses with duration of one year. Students get training on weekends and 5 days of hospital experience during the course. A certificate issued on completion of the course. Some of the candidates are working in this hospital today. 

Our paramedical courses are as follows :

1. Certificate in Dialysis Technician – Duration 1 year minimum
Educational Qualification : 10th Pass / Fail.

2. Certificate in X-ray technician  – Duration 1 year minimum
Educational Qualification : 10th Pass / Fail.

3. Operation Theater Technician – Duration 1 year minimum
Educational Qualification : 10th Pass / Fail.

4. Patient care assistant – Duration 1 year minimum
Educational Qualification : 10th Pass / Fail.

These courses are of only 1 to 2 years duration and practical training is also being conducted along with theory. Hence, we have students with thorough and advanced education to confidently provide excellent quality patient care. Candidates can get job opportunities at government hospitals, private hospitals, dialysis centers. Candidates can also get self-employment opportunities like home care nursing and private patient care.
